We’re based in Ludwigsburg, around 15 kilometers north of Stuttgart city center. You can order around the clock, your hair is made individually for you, and delivery is free of shipping costs throughout Germany — so to Stuttgart it arrives the next working day after dispatch.

What you get from us — and what you don’t
We supply the hair: real hair in your desired color, in the length and quantity that suit you. We do not fit it for you. That’s done by hairdressers — your own, or one from our directory.
In Stuttgart in particular, this is an advantage: you buy the hair directly from us, without the markup of a city-center salon, and you settle the work directly with your hairdresser. If you get both from a single provider, you usually pay for it on one invoice as well — just without the choice of how much hair it should be.

Which methods are available
There are four ways to longer hair, and they differ mainly in how long they last and how much upkeep they need: Bondings (8 to 12 weeks until re-fitting), Tape Extensions (4 to 8 weeks), Wefts (6 to 8 weeks until re-sewing) and Clip-ins (out again in the evening, with no hairdresser needed at all).

Wigs, Toppers and ponytails
Not every question can be answered with extensions. For alopecia areata, after chemotherapy or with a heavily thinned crown, wigs, Toppers and ponytails are the better route — as a wig, lace closure, lace frontal, wefted or hand-tied, also made from 100% real hair and in your desired color. From 40 to 130 cm
With most providers, it ends at 60 or 70 cm. We offer nineteen lengths in five-centimeter steps:
40 · 45 · 50 · 55 · 60 · 65 · 70 · 75 · 80 · 85 · 90 · 95 · 100 · 105 · 110 · 115 · 120 · 125 · 130 cm
Roughly, on an averagely tall woman: 40 cm ends at about the shoulder blade, 50 cm at the chest, 60 cm at the waist, 80 cm at the hip. What it costs
The price consists of two separate blocks, and anyone who lumps them together is comparing apples with oranges:
- The hair — from us. Length, weight and method determine the price. One meter of hair costs many times as much as 40 cm, because strands that long are rare.
- The work — at your hairdresser in Stuttgart. Charged by time and number of strands and agreed directly with them.

How your order works
1. Determine your color
The step that goes wrong most often. Screens and phone photos almost always shift shades. The safest option is the color ring: real hair to hold up against your own, in daylight. How to compare is explained in Finding Your Extensions Color.
2. Choose quantity, length and method

3. Production and photo
Your hair is made individually, which takes 10 to 14 working days. Before shipping, we send you a photo — you see your real hair before it gets started. Shipping within Germany is free.
4. Have it fitted
At your hairdresser in Stuttgart or at a salon from our directory. It’s best to book your appointment while the hair is still being made — that way, both fit together.
5. Re-fit instead of buying new
Every eight to twelve weeks, the hair is moved up. Why this is the real cost factor is explained in Re-fitting Bondings.

Do you have a store in Stuttgart?
No. We don’t have a physical store at all. Our registered office is at Römeraue 5 in Ludwigsburg, and it’s a company headquarters, not a shop you can drop in to. How long does shipping to Stuttgart take?
Production takes 10 to 14 working days — that’s the long part, because your hair is made individually. Shipping itself within Germany usually goes overnight and is free of charge. It’s not far from Ludwigsburg to Stuttgart, but that doesn’t make it any faster than the production time.
Who will install the hair in Stuttgart?
