Right of Withdrawal
Whether you can withdraw from a contract depends on what you ordered. We therefore distinguish between custom-made products and standard goods.
1. Custom-Made Products – No Right of Withdrawal
Our human hair products are made individually for each customer. You choose the colour, weight, length, texture, quality and attachment method yourself. Such goods are clearly tailored to your personal requirements and cannot be sold elsewhere.
For these orders, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Cancellation or return after conclusion of the contract is excluded.
This applies to all extensions made according to your specifications – Bondings, Tape Extensions, Wefts, Clip-ins, wigs, toppers and raw hair – as well as to any order placed via our custom colour service.
2. Standard Goods and Items Ready for Immediate Delivery – Full Right of Withdrawal
For goods that we have in stock and deliver unchanged, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in full. These include in particular:
- care products, for example our 2-phase treatment
- colour ring and colour samples
- in-stock goods ready for immediate delivery that were not made according to your specifications
- accessories
Exception for hygiene reasons: If any of these goods are delivered sealed, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order which are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire physical possession of the last good.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory. The easiest way is to use our online form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
