How to use it correctly
Hold the strands up to your hair in daylight, not under artificial light. And hold them up in two places: at your roots and at your lengths. For most women, the two differ, and the new color should match your lengths. Afterwards you’ll know your number and can order without any risk.
If no color fits
Then we’ll make your desired color for you. To do this, send us a photo taken in daylight, without flash and without filters.
Returns
The color ring is a standard product, not a custom-made set. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
