We make everything to order, and you choose every detail. The price is calculated live, including the 15% surcharge for a custom color.
Extensions in your desired color: here's how it works
In short: If your shade isn't in our color chart, we'll make your human hair extensions in the color you want. You upload one to five photos of your hair, and we then mix the color to match. The surcharge is 15% on the price in a catalog color, and production takes 12–16 working days.
- Choose product, method, length (40 to 130 cm), quantity, tip fullness and structure above.
- Upload photos of your hair. A single photo taken in daylight in the shade, without a filter, with your hair down and straight over your shoulder gives the most accurate result.
- We mix the color for you. Before shipping, you'll get a photo of the finished hair for approval.
Which methods is the custom color available for?
For everyone: keratin Bondings (strand weight 0.3 to 1.4 g), Tapes, Wefts, Clip-ins, wigs and ponytails, as well as raw hair. Each made from 100% human hair in lengths from 40 to 130 cm, straight, wavy or curly. You can enter special requests, such as a soft ombré gradient, in the "Additional requests" field.
Can I return a custom color?
A custom color is made just for you. For such custom-made items, there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). That's why we send you a photo for approval before shipping.
