It is a preview, not a color guarantee: binding are the color ring with original strands and the photo of your finished strands that you receive for approval before shipping. If none of the over 70 shades fits, we make the custom color according to your photo.

What does the AI color simulation do?
You enter length, weight, texture, tip fullness and a color from our range, and the simulation shows you the result as a preview. This way you can see before ordering whether a shade suits you, without having to order it first.
Is the simulation result binding?
No. Screens display colors differently, and the simulation does not replace a comparison with real hair. The color ring with original strands is binding; for custom colors, additionally the approval photo before shipping.
Which settings should I choose?
Choose exactly what you would configure in the shop: length 45 to 80 cm in the simulation, weight 100 to 250 g, texture from straight to curly, tip fullness 50, 80 or 95 to 100 %. If you are unsure, 80 % fullness is a safe middle value.
My color is not in the list. What now?
Then you order the custom color according to a photo: you upload pictures of your hair in daylight, we mix the color to match it for a small surcharge, 12 to 16 working days, photo for approval before shipping.
Can I order the color from the simulation directly?
Yes, every color in the simulation is a fixed color in the configurator. You can find all shades with pictures of real strands under Hair colors.
