With this form you can withdraw from your contract. For Standard/stock items (e.g. “Available immediately”, color ring, treatment) you have the gesetzliche 14-Tage-Widerrufsrecht. At Custom-made products (made individually to your specifications) a withdrawal is possible, as long as we haven't started production yet — after that it is excluded pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
