Any length from 40 to 130 cm, in 5 cm increments. We also make extra-long lengths from 100 cm.

As a rule of thumb for a height of about 1.65 m: 80 cm reaches your hips, 90 cm your bottom, 100 cm your thighs. Learn more on our Extensions Lengths page.

That depends on your natural hair and the volume you want. The ponytail test helps: tie your hair into a ponytail and measure the circumference. Most people order 100 g, and more for lots of volume or extra length.

A color ring and color samples can be ordered in advance if you'd like to hold the color in your hand before you decide.

One system for all products. Bondings, tapes, clip-ins, wefts, wigs, and raw hair are all priced on the same principle, for private and trade customers alike. Every surcharge is itemized separately, and there are no hidden fees.

The base price is determined by length and weight. Everything else is added as a percentage:

• 125 g → around 2% cheaper
• 150 g → around 3% cheaper
• 175 g → around 4% cheaper
• 200 g → around 5% cheaper
• 225 g → 5 to 10% cheaper
• 250 g → 5 to 15% cheaper
• 300 g → 7 to 16% cheaper
• 350 g → 7 bis 17 % günstiger
• 400 g → 8 bis 17 % günstiger
• 450 g → 8 bis 18 % günstiger

For business customers the bulk sizes 500 g, 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg are also available – depending on the product type, up to 30% per gram is possible.

Collagen is a natural protein that is also found in human hair. We do not use it as a coating, but as a light conditioning treatment.

What collagen does:

What it is not:
❌ no silicone  ❌ no artificial film  ❌ no sealant that causes problems later

The hair structure remains unchanged. In short: Collagen cares for the hair – it doesn't cover it up.

Here you'll find zwei Zahlen: The Verbindung hält bis zum Hochsetzen etwa 8 bis 12 Wochen bei Bondings, 4 bis 6 Wochen bei Tapes und 6 bis 8 Wochen bei Tressen. Treat them like fine, delicate hair – then they'll stay beautiful for a long time.

• use mild, sulfate-free products
• avoid water that is too hot
• no harsh brushes, preferably a soft extension brush
• comb from the ends upward, never rip through from top to bottom

Our tip: After drying, work a small amount of coconut oil into the lengths and ends. It adds extra shine and softness and protects against dryness.

Yes. It's human hair – you can style, straighten or curl it just like your own hair.

When it comes to coloring, we recommend professional help. Extensions have no scalp to replenish them, so they react differently from your own hair. A hairdresser will get the best result without putting the quality at risk.

Important: Lightening and bleaching can only be done to a limited extent. It's better to ask us beforehand – it's often cheaper and looks nicer to order the color you want right away.

Yes. Our Tape Extensions, Bondings and Wefts are made for permanent wear.

While sleeping: tie your hair loosely into a ponytail or braid. This prevents tangling overnight.
While showering: use a mild shampoo and don't massage the bonding areas too vigorously.

This keeps the bonds and the hair looking beautiful for much longer.

During the first one or two washes, a tiny bit of excess color may rinse out – because the hair is freshly dyed just for you.

This is completely natural and not a quality defect. The overall color stays stable and the hair keeps its tone.

👉 This does not apply to our undyed cut hair – it is left natural and fully retains its original color.

Because our real human hair behaves like real natural hair. The same applies to your own hair: wet hair shouldn't be combed.

When hair is wet, the cuticle is open and the hair fibers swell and lie closer together. This creates more friction – combing feels harder and can cause hair breakage.

As soon as the hair is towel-dried or dry, the cuticle layer closes again. The hair can then be combed easily and without resistance.

This is not a defect, but a typical characteristic of high-quality human hair.

For a professional result, the installation is what matters most. The key points:

• Temperature: approx. 190–200 °C is a good guideline.
• Clean hair: freshly washed, completely dry, free of oil, silicone and styling products.
• Suitable section size: the natural hair section should be about as thick as the bonding strand. Too little natural hair strains the root, too much makes it harder for the bonding to hold.
• Distance from the scalp: approx. 5–10 mm – for freedom of movement and a comfortable fit.
• Short heating time: only heat the keratin until it is soft and pliable. No longer.
• Roll cleanly: roll the melted keratin evenly around the strand until the bonding sits smooth, compact and secure.
• Clean partings: precise and even – this looks more natural and prevents tangling.
• Spacing between the bondings: enough room so the strands can move freely.
• Don't work on damaged hair: rebuild very brittle hair beforehand.
• After application: don't wash for the first 24–48 hours and avoid strong heat or moisture so the keratin can harden completely.

Weft length depends on hair length, texture, and weight, and is therefore not fixed. As a guideline, per 100 g:

• Machine Weft, Genius Weft, Flat Weft: ca. 60–120 cm
• Butterfly Weft: ca. 60–100 cm
• Feather Weft: ca. 80–120 cm

👉 These figures are intended as a guide. Deviations due to production are possible.

Do you have a specific request for the weft length? Just write to us – the quickest way is via WhatsApp.

To keep the wefts from tangling or getting frizzy, please avoid:

• soaking in water for a long time
• very hot water
• strong chemicals

Otherwise, the same care applies as for all our extensions: wash gently, comb softly, brush through when dry.

Feather wefts and other weft types are not designed to be produced very short.

If wefts are too short, all the weight concentrates in one spot – which feels heavy on the head. The weft also becomes very thick and no longer looks natural when worn.

The minimum length is therefore not a technical limit, but a quality decision.

Our Genius Weft is approx. 4 mm thick as standard. Technically, 2 mm would also be possible – we deliberately decided against it.

The reason: When hair is sewn in, an additional 1.5 to 2 cm of excess hair is often trimmed off. To keep the hair securely fixed afterwards, the seam has to be made sturdy enough. If the adhesive and sealing layer is too thin, hair comes loose more easily or falls out while being worn.

Our Genius Weft consists of a sewn seam base that is additionally sealed with a layer of adhesive. This results in a durable construction for professional use.

Thinner doesn't automatically mean better. For us, durability, safety and clean workmanship come first.

Genius Weft has a very fine, thin weft finish.

For a permanent wavy or curly structure, additional heat processing is required. This puts extra strain on exactly this fine weft, which can affect durability and stability.

That's why we recommend Genius Weft for the best quality, preferably in a straight texture. If you want waves, Machine Weft or Flat Weft are the more stable choice – we're happy to advise you.

At 100 g, our Long Tapes have a total length of approx. 1.3 to 1.6 meters.

Why does it vary slightly? The exact length depends on the hair length you choose and on the texture.

The advantage of Long Tapes: Thanks to their extra-long tape construction, they can be worked in flexibly and distributed particularly evenly through your own hair.

Very light blonde, white or heavily lightened strands react more sensitively to chemical and thermal treatments than darker shades.

If the hair is permanently waved or curled, the color can lose some of its brilliance and look duller, warmer or slightly more yellow than in a straight structure.

Is this a defect? No. It is a processing-related characteristic of very light human hair and not a quality flaw.

Our advice: If an exact cool blonde shade matters to you, it's better to choose a straight texture – or talk to us beforehand. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your desired combination. ❤️

Delivery takes 10–14 business days from receipt of payment. In-stock items from the "Ready to ship" category are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Yes. Shipping to Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic costs €25, and to the rest of the EU €50. Shipping within Germany is free.

It depends on what you ordered.

Custom-made human hair (color, weight, length, texture, quality, attachment method) is made to order as a one-off piece. Under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for such items. Cancellation or return after the order has been placed is excluded because we cannot resell the goods.

Standard items that we have in stock and ship unchanged can be withdrawn from within 14 days as usual: care products such as the 2-phase treatment, color ring and color samples, accessories, and in-stock items available for immediate delivery. The easiest way to declare your withdrawal is through our withdrawal form. For goods delivered sealed, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

And still: We care about you being satisfied. It does us no good if we never hear from you again. If you're ever not happy, get in touch – we'll find a solution. ❤️

Because we want to give you a specific, realistic date – while staying honest at the same time.

Does that mean you're unsure?
No. We meet our delivery times in around 97% of cases. We plan reliably and only share dates that are realistic.

Why the addition, then?
Because we depend on production, shipping companies, customs and external circumstances. We do our best – but we're not all-powerful.

Have there been unforeseeable situations before?
Yes. Last year, our production facility was hit by a flood. Production came to a standstill – no one could have prevented that.
