Seven decisions, and none of them is hard once you know what matters. Here is the way through the configurator, in the order it asks you the questions, with what we tell customers about each step during our consultation.

Step 1: The method

First you choose how the hair is attached to your natural hair. Keratin bondings are individual strands with a keratin tip, in twelve thicknesses from 0.3 to 1.4 g, which are set with heat and last 8 to 12 weeks until they are moved up. Tape Extensions are applied without heat and are the gentle choice for fine hair, 4 to 8 weeks until they are renewed. Wefts are sewn in as a row and give the most volume per appointment, 6 to 8 weeks. Clip-ins you insert yourself and take out in the evening. With good care the hair itself lasts 1 to 2 years with all methods. If you are still undecided, the method comparison and the method advisor can help.

Within the method you choose the variant, for example Normal Tape, Mini Tape or Invisible Tape, or for wefts Genius, Flat, Feather, Machine or Butterfly Weft. The surcharges are shown right next to each option.

Step 2: The quantity in grams

We calculate in grams, not in pieces or wefts, because only grams show how much hair you actually get. The smallest quantity is 100 g, then 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250 and 300 g. Rule of thumb: fine hair 100 to 125 g, normal density 125 to 150 g, thick hair and anything from 65 cm length upwards more. Step 3: The length

Every length from 40 to 130 cm in 5 cm steps. Measurement is taken from the root of the extension to the tip, not from your parting. The length preview shows where 50, 60, 80 or 100 cm end on the body. The most common mistake in consultations: ordering too short because the extension sits lower than your natural hair starts. It is better to go one step longer, as the stylist can always trim.

Step 4: Additional quantity

Optionally you can add 5, 10 or 15 g, at a price per 5 g shown in the configurator. This is intended for the temples or nape when the main quantity is calculated tightly. If you are unsure, skip this step and choose the next quantity level up instead.

Step 5: The structure

Straight is the base price. Slightly wavy (+4%), normally wavy (+8%), strongly wavy (+12%), perm wave (+16%) and curly (+20%) are added on top. The structure is permanently set into the hair and survives washing; straight hair can still be curled and wavy hair straightened. Step 6: The ends density

50% ends density is the base price: the hair tapers naturally, like grown hair. 80% (+19%) means full ends, 95 to 100% (+38%) fully filled ends all the way down. The longer the set, the more worthwhile more density becomes, because beyond the end of your natural hair only the extensions are visible.

Step 7: The colour

Over 70 colours are available as standard, from classic shades through highlights to ombré and balayage, all shown with pictures under Hair colours. If none suits, you can choose a custom colour matched to a photo for a small surcharge: you upload photos of your hair, without filters and in daylight, and we mix the colour to match. Checkout: appointment, payment, delivery time

In the configurator you can optionally enter when you need the hair, for example before a hairdresser appointment; we plan the shipping accordingly. Then you proceed to checkout: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or Klarna, where you can also pay on invoice and in instalments without any surcharge on the merchandise value. Details are under Extensions on invoice. Shipping within Germany is free; a flat rate applies to neighbouring countries.

Production takes 10 to 14 working days, or 12 to 16 with a custom colour. If you don’t want to wait, you will find ready-made sets in fixed colours under Available immediately, which leave us within 1 to 3 working days.

After ordering: the photo for approval with a custom colour

With a custom colour you receive a photo of your finished strands before your set is shipped. You check colour and structure and give your approval, or you tell us what doesn’t suit. Only then does the parcel go out. This is the reason custom colours in the vast majority of cases match on the first try. Questions in between we answer via WhatsApp; feel free to send us a photo of your hair, and we will tell you method, quantity and colour before you order.

Good to know: made-to-measure and withdrawal

Because every set is made according to your specifications, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for made-to-measure items. That is exactly why there is the approval loop with a photo before shipping.
