The short answer
For a custom-made human hair wig, topper or ponytail, we allow 10–14 working days. If you add a custom colour based on your sample, it takes 12–16 working days, because the hair is specially dyed for it.

Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping within Germany is free.
Why it takes time at all
The reason is the same one that makes the wig fit in the end: it doesn’t sit on a shelf at our place. Production only begins once your order arrives — with your length, your hair volume, your texture, your colour and the construction you’ve chosen.
Ready-made stock would be faster. But it would come with a fixed hair density, a fixed length and a preset parting — and that’s exactly where most wigs that look like wigs fall short. The waiting time is the price for not having to guess any of it.
What makes it take longer
- Custom colour based on a sample: two additional working days, because the hair has to be dyed and dried.
- Hand-tied base: every hair is knotted in individually — this is the most labour-intensive work on a wig.
- Very long lengths: from 100 cm, suitable hair has to be gathered in sufficient quantity.
- Incomplete measurements: If one of the three measurements is missing, we’ll get in touch to ask — and production only starts afterwards.
What can be faster
If you’re in a hurry, the quickest route is items available immediately. These are items we keep in stock, and they ship the next working day. The selection is naturally smaller, since these are ready-made items — but if you’re flexible on colour and length, you save the entire production time.
A second tip that costs nothing: order earlier than you need to. If you’re planning around a fixed date, allow two weeks of buffer — not because we expect delays, but so that a call-back about your measurements or a public holiday doesn’t throw things off.
