I'm truly more than satisfied! 🤍 The hair is really nicely thick from top to bottom and doesn't thin out towards the ends, which I've unfortunately experienced with many other extensions. It feels incredibly soft and really like my own hair, not artificial or straw-like at all. I was especially impressed by the app, too. It's super quick to find your way around, you can order in a relaxed way, and all the important info is shown right away. That makes the whole ordering process totally straightforward. The extensions are also easy to style, stay nicely shiny and simply look totally natural. Even after washing, they still feel high-quality and keep their beautiful quality. For me, by far one of the best experiences with real human hair extensions. You can tell that quality is a priority here, both with the hair and with the entire shopping experience. I can't recommend this company. I ordered long tapes and received normal tapes. After I complained, I got a black long tape, and for blonde hair at that. I had ordered highlights and did receive two colors, but they weren't blended; they were stuck in like thick stripes. After I complained, of course the response was that everything had been delivered correctly and no exchange was possible. Lots of blah blah.
Very disappointing. The friendliness and help only last until the order is completed; after that, nobody cares anymore. The colors are not produced as shown. The hair looks okay, but despite 80% fullness, the lengths are not as described and the hair is dry. There are much better companies out there.

I've now been wearing the new extensions for almost two weeks and I'm really thrilled. The hair is very fine and soft, but still has a beautiful fullness. They're also super easy to style, and even the ends look gorgeous. I only had to dye the color slightly darker before putting them in – but better that way than the other way around. Next time I'll simply order a shade darker. 😊 I also find it especially positive that the hair keeps its beautiful structure despite frequent styling with the GHD flat iron. I often curl my hair and the extensions still look great. Customer service is always available and very dedicated and friendly. I think the way the site is built and the options to choose from are fantastic. I've been wearing extensions for 20 years and have worn hair from several renowned companies. I will definitely order again soon and can absolutely recommend EchtHaar Direkt. 💕
