Our made-to-measure extensions are not sitting ready on a shelf: they are only produced once your order is in, in exactly the length, colour and quantity you have chosen. That is why there is an order deadline before Christmas. Here you can find out until when you can order what, how to plan your hairdresser appointment, and what to do if time gets tight.

Why there is an order deadline

Every set is made after your order: length from 40 to 130 cm, over 70 colours or your custom colour, texture, fullness at the ends and, for bondings, the strand thickness. This takes 10–14 working days. For a custom colour, the hair is dyed specifically according to your photo, which is why it takes 12–16 working days. With a custom colour, you will receive a photo of your finished hair for approval before dispatch. It is best to reply right away, as the parcel only leaves once you have approved it.

Planning your hairdresser appointment properly

• Book the appointment only after delivery. Plan for the latest delivery day and allow a few days of leeway. In the configurator, you can enter when you need the hair.
• Salons are fully booked before the holidays. Ask your hairdresser early for an appointment to have the extensions fitted.
• Have tapes and bondings fitted a few days before the festivities, so you can get used to the new weight and the connections.
• You fit clip-ins yourself, taking them out in the morning and evening. You can find out how in Fitting clip-in extensions yourself.

If time gets tight: ready-to-ship stock

If you have missed the order deadline, take a look at Ready to ship. There you will find finished sets in standard colours, lengths and quantities, which leave within 1 to 3 working days. The selection is smaller than in the configurator and changes regularly, so the rule is: what you see there is available.

Giving extensions as a gift: the gift voucher

If you are not sure which length, colour or method would suit, give her the choice. With the gift voucher, the recipient chooses for herself what suits her. You choose the amount, enter a name and a personal message, and after payment you immediately receive the voucher code and a printable card by email. On request, we can send the card directly to the recipient. The voucher is valid for three years and can be used across several orders.

Payment: on invoice or in instalments

Yes, with the gift voucher. The recipient chooses the method, length and colour herself, optionally with a custom colour matched to a photo. The voucher is valid for three years.
