Klarna runs a quick check and shows you whether you can pay in installments and in which instalments. We add nothing to the price. Whether Klarna charges any costs for the installments, you will see before you complete your purchase.

Who is the installment purchase for?
The installment purchase is for anyone who doesn’t want to pay the full amount at once. This applies above all to long lengths, a lot of hair and wigs. A wig needs significantly more hair than a hair extension. The price is the same with every payment method.

How to buy extensions in installments
- Configure: Put your hair together: method, length from 40 cm, color from over 70 colors, and quantity. Then add it to your cart.
- Choose Klarna at checkout: In the last step, choose “Klarna (invoice, installment purchase or instant bank transfer)”. At Klarna, you then choose the installment purchase if it is shown to you.
- Pay in installments: You pay the installments to Klarna, not to us. How many there are and when they are due is stated in Klarna’s confirmation. Your hair goes straight into production, which takes 10–14 working days.
What Klarna determines for the installment purchase
The installment purchase is offered by Klarna, not by us. Klarna therefore decides on these points:
- Approval: Klarna checks your creditworthiness beforehand. We see neither your data nor the result.
- The number of installments: Klarna shows you the possible terms during the ordering process.
- The costs: Whether interest or fees apply to the installments is stated by Klarna before you agree. Read this part carefully.
- The start: With us, the payment goes to Klarna as soon as you place the order, not only when it ships.
We add no surcharge to the value of the goods for the installment purchase.
If the installment purchase isn’t shown
First check your name and address. They should be entered exactly as they appear officially. Which payment methods appear also depends on the country in the billing address. If Klarna declines, you can still place your order: with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, bank transfer and Bank Sofortüberweisung.

When will I receive my hair?
Every set is custom-made for you. This takes 10–14 working days, with a custom color 12–16 working days. The installment purchase doesn’t change that.
