Partner Program Terms
Version 1.0, effective September 21, 2026
These terms apply between you as a partner and EchtHaar Direkt for the partner program. We have deliberately kept them short and easy to understand.
1. What this is about
You recommend real human hair from EchtHaar Direkt to your clients and give them your personal code or link. Your client places her order herself in our shop, and the purchase contract is concluded between her and EchtHaar Direkt. You are not the seller and not our representative; you simply make recommendations. For every order that comes in through your code, we pay you a commission.
2. Who can take part
Hairdressers, salons and other business owners in the hair industry with a business account at EchtHaar Direkt. There is one partner account per salon. When you join, you receive a code that always begins with EHD- and that you can name yourself afterwards if you like (for example EHD-SANDRA), as well as a link in the form echthaardirekt.de/e/EHD-DEINCODE.
3. The commission
The commission is 10 percent of the net goods value of the order. Net goods value means: the product items after deduction of all discounts, excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs and excluding fees. Orders with a goods value of less than 20 euros do not earn a commission.
No commission is paid on your own orders, on orders from other business accounts (purchases for resale) and on orders that result from a booking in the salon booking system.
4. The benefit for your client
With your code, your client receives a 5 percent discount on her order. She enters the code at checkout or comes through your link, in which case the code is applied automatically. The code cannot be combined with other vouchers.
5. When the commission becomes due
The commission becomes due as soon as the order is completed and the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days has expired. If an order is canceled, returned or refunded, the commission is forfeited in full or in part. If it has already been paid out, we will offset the amount against your next payout.
6. Payout
We pay out commissions that are due by bank transfer to the bank account you have provided, usually once a month. For every payout, we issue a credit note under the self-billing procedure (§ 14 Abs. 2 Satz 2 UStG), which you can access in your partner area. The prerequisites for a payout are your bank details, your tax information and your agreement to the current version of these terms.
7. Taxes
The commission is remuneration for your referral services. You are responsible for paying taxes on it yourself. If you are subject to VAT, we will show 19 percent VAT in addition on the credit note. If you are a small business owner under § 19 UStG, no VAT will be shown. You will inform us of your status truthfully and report any changes.
8. How you may promote
You share your code with your own clients and through your own channels, for example in the salon, on your business card, on Instagram or via WhatsApp. The following are not permitted: misleading statements about our products, unsolicited mass messages, posting the code on voucher and discount portals, and paid search ads on the name “EchtHaar Direkt”. Where the law requires content to be labeled as advertising, you must label it accordingly.
9. Customer data
For each order, you only see your client’s first name and the first letter of her last name, the date and the amounts. We do not pass on any other data about your clients to you.
10. Relationship to the salon booking system
You can also use the salon booking system and sell there at your own prices. Both run side by side, and exactly one route applies to each order: either your client buys herself with your code, in which case you receive a commission, or you sell through the booking system, in which case the salon partner terms apply. An order is never compensated twice.
11. Term and termination
Either side can end participation at any time without notice; a short message is enough. We will still pay out any commissions that are already due. In case of misuse, for example violations of section 8 or orders placed solely for the purpose of earning commission, we may block the partner account and withhold commissions that have not yet been paid out.
12. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, the new version will be shown to you and you will agree to it once again before we continue with payouts. We are happy to answer any questions at info@echthaardirekt.de.
