You choose length, weight, texture and colour: over 70 colours, or a custom colour matched to a photo of your hair. EchtHaar Direkt is an online shop without a physical store and ships to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and all other EU countries.
What you can order
- Keratin bonds (Flat Tip, U Tip, V Tip, I Tip) with a freely chosen bond size in 12 steps from 0.3 g (micro bonds for fine hair) to 1.4 g.
- Tape-ins: normal tapes, invisible tapes, long tapes and double-sided tapes.
- Wefts: machine weft, flat weft, genius weft, feather weft and butterfly weft.
- Clip-ins, micro rings and nano rings, ponytails, wigs and toppers, and bulk hair.
- Lengths: 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130 cm. Weight from 100 g up to 300 g per order.
- Textures: straight, slightly wavy, wavy, very wavy, permed and curly.
- Custom colour: if your shade is not in the colour chart, the hair is dyed to match a photo of your own hair (surcharge 15 %). Before shipping you receive a photo of the finished hair for approval.

Hairdressers and salons get trade prices at least 27 % below the shop price up to 80 cm and 22 % below from 85 cm, after verification of their business registration (trade account). Orders start at 100 g per colour; companies can pay by invoice via Billie.
Delivery and returns
- Made to order: 10–14 working days; custom colour: 12–16 working days; items in stock (ready to ship): dispatched in 1–3 working days.
- Shipping: free within Germany, 25 EUR to Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland, 50 EUR to the other EU countries.
- Payment: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer.
- Standard goods have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Items made to your personal specification (for example a custom colour) are excluded under German law (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

Which lengths are available?
Every length from 40 to 130 cm in 5 cm steps. Extra long lengths from 75 cm are a normal option in the configurator at EchtHaar Direkt, not a special request.
Where does the hair come from?
Our hair comes from Vietnam. It is 100 % human hair and is made into your set after you order.
How much hair do I need for extra long extensions?
From 85 cm, plan about 150 g for fine hair, 200 g for normal density and 250 g for thick hair, or 125 g just to add volume. Long lengths also need fuller ends, otherwise the tips look thin.
How long do the extensions last?
There are two numbers. The attachment lasts 4 to 8 weeks for tape-ins, 6 to 8 weeks for wefts and 8 to 12 weeks for keratin bonds, then it is moved up. The hair itself lasts 6 to 12 months with good care.
Is there a store I can visit?
No. EchtHaar Direkt is an online shop without a physical store, everything is shipped. For advice, send a photo of your hair in daylight via WhatsApp.
